This campaign has ended after successfully raising $25,000 You can still support UtahPresents by visiting our permanent online giving page here.
The Kingsbury Hall stage has always been a place where inspiration meets possibility. Nowhere is that more true than in our Stage Door series, which provides local artists a home on the UtahPresents season.
With funding from the National Endowment for the Arts, we recently commissioned new works by Heartland Collective and Plan-B Theatre Company. Next up, we are collaborating with 801 Salon to present Little Moon and with Punto de Inflexión. Utah punches above its weight when it comes to live arts, and it’s because of creatives like these and programs like Stage Door.
Here’s the bad news: with shifting priorities in the federal government, NEA funding for the Stage Door series was not renewed.
The need to support local artists is still here. The talent is still here. The passion is still here. But to keep the Stage Door open, we need you.
We have launched UtahPresents Loves Utah, with a goal to raise $25,000. Your donation will directly support paid performance opportunities for Utah artists, ensuring their vital work and our vibrant local arts scene continue to thrive.
Here’s the good news: thanks to the generosity of local arts supporters, your gift will be matched 1:1. That means a gift of $100 instantly puts us $200 closer to our goal.
Please join us. Your contribution will keep Utah’s artists on stage and our season buzzing with homegrown creativity. You can easily make a one time or recurring gift on this campaign.
Tickets to the 2025-2026 Stage Door series are on sale now. Get yours here.
